I fought the final boss of the day during the hardest day of Phase 1 Live Hard. Weighing in at over 1,000 pounds with a chilling touch of 38.2°, the ice bath presented itself to me. After such a horrendous day (in the context of getting work done and personal growth), I was faced with the final boss. At 10pm, I conquered this boss and climbed to new heights. I leveled up. In today's episode I take a look at the last 90 days of my life and give myself an audit. I then set some goals that I will accomplish in the next 90. 90-95 days ago I was living an entirely different life than what I am now. I am doing more in 1 day now than I ever did in all my time spent in Colorado (4 months). This is no bullshit either. In one day now, I am recording a podcast, writing 2 pages, working out twice a day, hitting my calorie goals, drinking a gallon of water, taking an ice bath, and much more. In all my time in Colorado, I never did any of these things except hit the gym a handful of times if that. Commitment is powerful when you channel it into production and work. I am learning that quickly by the day.

Phase 1 of the Live Hard program has been demolishing my . I’ve won every single day and have gotten so much done. But it’s coming at the expense of my sleep. I’m trying to improve on a day to day basis by tweaking and altering the order and routine.
