In a recent work meeting, I wasn’t focused on the details discussed but rather analyzed the reasons behind them and the way our new supervisor presented the information. Noticing empathy and humility in his tone, I even emailed him afterward to show appreciation for his approach.

I'm motivated by people overcoming severe physical challenges, like athletes with significant disabilities. Seeing their determination inspires me to avoid excuses and reminds me not to let smaller issues hold me back.
I had a reality check during a delivery job, where I met a man with a prosthetic leg while I was complaining about knee pain. It reminded me to appreciate my own health and capabilities.
Reflecting on my podcast, I'm amazed at the reach—listeners from around 32 countries—and grateful for the few who engage. I document my journey for future listeners who may need guidance or feel less alone, and I have a big vision for where this will go.

I spent the time at work making the phone script easier to go off of with highlighting and font size and such. Weird to me that these guys don’t spend the extra 30 mins to make the documents excellent.
Actually canceled the third call and rescheduled. This was due to not having time to do jack shit. I need time. And role plays are helping and bettering me, but not with getting my stuff done. That needs to be my focus I think. Then i can shift from workouts and nutrition and all that to sales and marketing. $$$

Stressed as hell and overwhelmed. But honestly, when I really think about it, would I rather feel this way x10 and be accomplishing my goals? Or would I rather be stress free, eating mcdonalds, playing runescape with my homies, no care in the world? First one BY FUCKING FAR. Feels good to say that out loud and actually mean it.
