Despite one hell of a day, it feels like I completely rest with the outdoor workout. It was rejuvenating. I feel fantastic. Gotta keep pushing. New levels present new devils.

 

What I Did Today 🔨: 

Woke at 4, posted 2 reels, 1 carousel, worked 10 hours, read 12 pages of ego is the enemy and then 2 daily stoic, hit the gym, did an outdoor workout, started 75 hard, completed day 1, finished blade-2 day 18, recorded this podcast, edited 3 videos, bought and removed VEED again, ate 220g protein, drank a gallon of plain water (still going). Wow. Not too shabby of a day huh? I still feel like today was dogshit. I'm being 100% honest.
