Summary of Today’s Show:

• Was essentially told at work over the last few days by management to just stop trying so hard, stop trying to innovate or make things better. Just follow the processes as they're laid out so no one gets written up.
• If this isn’t fucking proof that the system is designed to rid people of ambition, creativity, and innovation, idk what else is. This isn’t just my little 20-man shop. This is government work.
• A quick google says the gov employs nearly 20,000,000 people. 
• Disclaimer, I know not every area or place or work environment is like this within the confines of the Gov.
• I gotta get out of there ASAP. It’s a wonderful career for people who are cool with making their $30 and being stuck at that for the next 40 years while they slave to the system. But for ambitious mother fuckers like you and me? Nope.
• I’m grateful for my position. It’s afforded me a lot. 
• This is a great reminder for me to work harder and get this shit going so I can peace out sooner than later.
