243. Overloading My Mental Bandwidth

Hereā€™s what I got going on:

  • Between the 3 jobs I have (time spent driving from my house to work to arriving at my house from work), I work about 66 hours per week for other companies & businesses.
  • Between my goals and what Iā€™m working toward, if you say I average 5 hours per day for the week, thatā€™s 35 hours. Which totals at 101 hours between jobs for the man and jobs for me. And we all know that every single second isnā€™t spent working. We all dick off on our phones. Some of us play chess too. Not here to beat my chest. Someone who works 21 days and can generate $75,000 is much better than someone who works 101 hours/wk for 75k a year lol.Ā 
  • I record a daily podcast and write about it (like you see here).
  • I am active in talks with a supplement manufacturer to formulate and create my own pre workout blend.
  • I am working on and developing my Online Training biz to force me to grow and develop more skills, as well as make a lot more money to replace my 3 jobs (where all my time goes now thatā€™s not work).
  • I hit the gym 5 days a week.
  • I take an ice bath every single day.
  • I drink 1 gallon of water every day.
  • I track every food that enters my body.
  • I eat no less than 225g protein per day.
  • And I have now added on daily ā€œvlogā€ type videos for the program to be an added bonus for the clients of the program. I think itā€™s a great value add-on and something that no one else would do, or has done in the context of online coaching.Ā 
  • I also have a lot of mind-filling ā€œdistractionsā€ weā€™ll call them. Such as other podcasts, other ideas, other desires, reading, writing, etc.

And to top this off, weā€™ll be starting Phase 3 of Live hard next Saturday. So throw in some reading, visualization, cold showers, random acts of kindness, talking to strangers, a progres picture daily, a second workout that must be outdoors, and 3 additional critical tasks.

All this to say, I truthfully enjoy this lifestyle. But goddamn the lack of organization has my brain fried every day. Let this episode serve as a little check point for where Iā€™m at. 1 month from today Iā€™ll have another milestone episode where I recap the last 3 months worth of progress and everything Iā€™ve accomplished. I hope I can get some more things on that listā€¦
